James E. Loomis
Mr. Loomis has extensive experience in management and assessment of
major engineering/construction projects including nuclear power plants and
government remediation facilities. He has expertise in cost and schedule
assessments and analysis of the engineer/contractor interface. Recent
experience includes acting project controls manager for a nuclear related
engineering organization, managing construction completion of a facility
for processing mixed radioactive waste, resolution of construction claims,
overview of engineering/construction schedules using Primavera Project
Planner, and review of estimates for large engineering/construction
projects.
