Kathleen H. Madigan

EXPERIENCE SUMMARY

Ms. Madigan has over 25 years experience with special expertise in Human Resources, Change Management, Leadership Development, Strategic Planning, Team Development, Professional Development and Safety Conscious Work Environment. Ms. Madigan played a key role in establishing a Safety Conscious Work Environment program at the Millstone Nuclear Power Plant and at Ontario Power Generation, Nuclear.

EXPERIENCE AND ACCOMPLISHMENTS

Ms. Madigan has served on the faculty of George Washington University, department of Organizational Science. In this capacity, she teaches graduate level courses in change and organizational management, focused on providing high potential military and government leaders with advanced knowledge and skill in organizational development practices.

Ms. Madigan has significant experience in implementing an effective culture change to adopt a Safety Conscious Work Environment (SCWE) at the Millstone Nuclear Power Plant and developing and implementing the SCWE Program at Ontario Power Generation, Nuclear. Ms. Madigan has extensive experience in conducting organizational studies for a variety of large-scale change projects including SCWE, merger integration, and reengineering. Ms. Madigan has experience with all key elements of change management, including readiness for change, communications systems, assessing elements of culture, providing support and preventing barriers to the desired change.

Ms. Madigan also has extensive experience in providing data feedback and support to senior executives to assist in the understanding of organizational strengths and challenges. Ms. Madigan has proven skills in developing a vision of the desired future state, planning and integrating change opportunities, supporting involvement and alignment with the change process by designing and delivering a variety of interventions including: (1) conducting large group culture integration meetings, (2) developing and supporting internal change agents, (3) designing and delivering a change program, and (4) designing leadership development activities to support desired change. Ms. Madigan has supported leadership development in both executives and middle managers using assessment instruments (360 degree), and group development and coaching. Ms. Madigan has:
 
Managed focus area cases to build safety conscious work environment in nuclear industry client including conflict management, third party mediation, leadership and team coaching.
Designed and delivered highly experiential, customized leadership development programs to support the development of leaders within the context of organizational goals.
