EXPERIENCE SUMMARY
Over 30 of diversified management, supervision, and design experience on
key projects for all of Duke Powers nuclear stations, non-nuclear
facilities, and the Yucca Mountain Project. Mr. Sandifer has coordinated
and led executive management consulting team efforts for wide variety of
projects. Mr. Sandifer has extensive design and management experience on
projects involving instrumentation and control/process computer
application development for commercial fossil generation facilities and
piping system design/layout, mechanical systems/ equipment engineering,
HVAC engineering, fire protection engineering, and nuclear engineering for
commercial nuclear power facilities. Mr. Sandifer has a proven record of
effectively managing multiple tasks and projects, consistently meeting

Responsible for developing recommended strategies for performing
requirements flowdown and compliance assessments, as well as, performing
assessments and analyses/studies in support of the Requirements and
Configuration Manager in Repository Development in support of the
repository design for the Yucca Mountain Project (YMP) Office of
Repository Development for the DOE.

Responsible for managing a BSC multi-discipline organization responsible
for the development, implementation, and compliance confirmation of the
BSC Requirements and Configuration Management programs for the BSC Manager
of Projects in support of the Yucca Mountain Office of Repository
Development (YM ORD) for the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE).
